L024 4-in-1 wireless charging LED desk lamp

When I review wholesale desk-lamp briefs, the phrase “wireless charging” is usually the first line I see. It is a useful starting point, but it does not tell a buyer how the pad behaves, what devices are expected, or how the lamp will fit the customer’s desk. Those details need their own answers before a quotation is compared.

Huazeng’s LED desk lamp range covers different combinations of charging, dimming, color temperature and bedside or study use. I begin with the proposed use case and then return to the exact configuration. That keeps a convenient feature from turning into an overly broad package claim.

Define the use case before comparing charging power

Write down where the lamp will be used and what the customer expects to charge. A study lamp, bedside lamp and compact gift item may all need wireless charging, yet their priorities will differ. For a study product I would check reach, light control and desk space first. For a bedside product I would ask about lower color temperature and placement. A gift channel may value a short feature story and simple setup.

Also record the phone or accessory types you expect buyers to place on the pad. Do not assume that every device accepts the same wireless charging power. The product specification and the target device should be checked together during sampling.

Compare the supplied configuration in one table

Use one row per candidate and keep the source specification beside every value. The following examples come from the supplied Huazeng product data and show why model numbers matter.

ModelSupplied configurationBuyer question

The table does not establish price, margin or order terms. It gives the buying team a common language for comparing samples. A 15W maximum charging figure is a supplied capability for a stated configuration; it is not a promise that every phone will charge at that rate.

Check the charging experience on the real sample

Put the device types from the brief on the real sample. I would check alignment, charging start time, stability, behavior after removing and replacing the phone, and whether the lamp remains usable during charging. Record the adapter and cable. If a phone case is part of the intended use, include that case in the check; a pad that works with a bare phone may behave differently through a case.

For the L024, keep the phone pad, AirPods charging area and lamp control as separate test points. For the L060, verify the charging steps listed for the product and confirm how touch control and dimming behave while another device is placed on the pad. For the Q27, check the charging pad and the flexible gooseneck separately, then review whether the pen holder stays useful at the planned desk position.

Review lighting controls as a retail feature

Color temperature and dimming figures are useful comparison fields, but they do not show how the customer will use the controls. During a sample review, check touch response, dimming behavior, memory after a power cycle and whether the lamp can be positioned without blocking the charging area.

The L024 lists a 2700–6500K CCT range and a touch sensor. The L060 lists CCT control, a touch sensor and stepless dimming. The Q27 lists adjustable 2700–6500K lighting and a flexible gooseneck. Keep those feature descriptions tied to the exact model. Do not transfer a control or brightness claim from one lamp to another.

Confirm what the package must explain

A wholesale lamp package needs enough information for a customer to understand placement, charging and controls. Prepare a claims sheet with the model number, charging outputs, compatible device wording, lamp power, CCT or dimming information, adapter details, included accessories and operating instructions. Leave unsupported claims out of the first artwork round.

Use the LED desk lamp supplier RFQ guide to organize market, quantity, branding, packaging and documentation inputs. The existing wireless charging LED desk lamp sample checklist can then turn those inputs into model-specific approval questions.

Plan the quote with comparable assumptions

For a fair quote, send the same brief for every candidate. Include the destination market, sales channel, target use, estimated quantity, logo or private-label needs, box language, accessories, charging expectations and sample timing. Ask the supplier to name the exact model and configuration in the response. Keep price, MOQ and lead time as fields to confirm for the selected project; terms from one model should not be copied to another.

When the product will be sold as a desk accessory, review the full footprint and cable route. When it will be sold as a bedside lamp, review low-light operation and overnight placement. When it will be sold as a gift item, review the unboxing explanation and the number of setup steps. These commercial questions help determine which supplied features are useful to the buyer.

Use a clear approval record

Record the sample revision, product photos, charging devices, adapter, lighting settings and packaging claims that were checked. Link the approval record to the exact model number. If a later revision changes the charging pad, touch board, light source or accessory, repeat the relevant checks before the package is released.

A focused sample plan makes a wholesale desk lamp project easier to quote and easier to sell. Start with the LED desk lamp category, shortlist by customer use, and send the model-specific questions with your wholesale inquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Does a 15W specification mean every phone charges at 15W?

No. It is the supplied maximum for the stated product configuration. Check the target device, alignment and power source during sampling.

What should a desk lamp wholesale RFQ include?

Include the target market, channel, use case, quantity, charging needs, lighting controls, branding, packaging language, accessories and sample timing.

Should charging and lighting be tested together?

Yes. Check each function on its own and then confirm that the lamp and charging pad behave as expected during simultaneous use.

Can I use the L024 specifications for another lamp?

No. Keep charging output, lamp power, controls and brightness tied to the exact model and approved configuration.
